Oral Fixation Review – How Do I Get My Girlfriend to Give Me Head?

How do I get my girlfriend to give me head, and does the Oral Fixation guide really work? This guide is basically written for a male audience that teaches them how to encourage their girlfriend or wife to give them head and feel really good about it. It has helped thousands of men around the world to get their girls to give them fellatio, and I must say that these tactics really do work from my own experience as well.

1. What Are Some Ways to Get Your Girl to Give You Good Head Using the Oral Fixation Method?

Of course, the best way to get her to give you head is to give her some yourself first, but that is not all that is required. This program teaches strategies that communicate to a women indirectly to get her to give her man fellatio. There are many ways to get a girl to give you head, and one of the ways is to master your own oral sex (cunnilingus) skills yourself first, which this guide goes into very great detail.

2. Do You Really Need the Oral Fixation Guide?

Many men have gotten themselves into the situation whereby their sex lives have deteriorated and they have no idea what to do about it. As a result, these men continue to lead unhealthy sex lives when in fact they could have quickly improved their sex lives if they understood what was really going on.

3. My Experience with Using the Oral Fixation Guide So Far

I must admit that I had to endure a period of non-existent sex life as well, which I really related to the story being told on the Oral Fixation website that led me to get the program. All the lessons taught in this course are 100% true, yet sadly 99% of men out there have little to no idea about them. Once I started applying those tips in the guide, my girlfriend and my sex life immediately got better than before and she cannot wait to go down on me all the time.

One tip you can do is make your girl feel like a princess using a step by step formula which will then make her want to return the favor and give you anything you want. However, doing this the wrong way will totally kill your chances therefore you will want to be very careful. You can also subtlety communicate to your girl in an indirect way through methods like sending her messages the right messages etc.

Dads, Give them Household Chores

You have a chore to do around the house, and your

kids want to help out. You know it might be nice

for them to help, but you’re feeling a bit impatient.

And you know it might turn into a two hour project,

with a big mess to clean up. A mess that could be

avoided if you did it yourself.

We’ve all been there, haven’t we?

It can be so much easier to do the household chores and

projects without the assistance from your little friends.

After all, who’s got the time in today’s world to make a

project longer than it needs to be?

You do.

Why is it important to include your kids in household tasks?

Once in a while, there’s some research that unveils

something so important and relevant that it screams for

parents to hear it.

Researcher Marty Rossman, at the University of Minnesota,

studied a group of young adults from the time they were

young children. The startling results of the study were

that the young adults who’d participated in household

chores when they were age 3 and 4, were more successful as

adults than those who didn’t.

Specifically, these young adults were more likely to

complete their education, get a good start on a career,

develop adult relationships, and avoid the use of drugs.

The early participation in household chores was deemed

more important in their success than any other factor,

including IQ.

On the other hand, if children didn’t begin participating

in household chores until they were teenagers, the

experience seemed to backfire, and had a negative effect

on their success as young adults, using those same

measures.

What does this really mean?

When your young kids feel as though their dad (or mom)

believes they’re capable of handling simple chores

around the house, it’s an incredibly powerful message

to them.

Dad believes I can do it!

If your kids believe that’s how you feel about them as they

go through life, you’ll also be the parent of confident,

responsible, and happy kids. That’s what’s created when

you choose to see your kids as capable, and you show them

you believe in them.

But it’s not as easy as just seeing them as capable. You

also have to show patience when they tackle these chores.

You can’t take over for them when they struggle, or “correct”

what they did. Often, it’s what you don’t do that

communicates you believe in them.

Imagine the difference you can make with your kids by

allowing their participation in the family chores.

Imagine the difference in your kids esteem when they

feel like a productive participant in the family from a

young age.

You do have time to include your kids in chores and

projects at home. Tell every other father and mother you

know that they have time, too.

It’s too important not to.

How to Deal With Nerves When Asked to Give a Speech

We’ve all heard the statistics: People are more afraid of public speaking than they are of snakes, spiders, or even death. You are not alone.

It is stressful to think about a room full of people whose judging eyes are all on you. What if you forget what you wanted to say? What if you trip over the microphone cord or tuck your skirt into the back of your pantyhose? What if you have broccoli in your teeth, gravy on your tie, or they boo you off the stage. What if everyone thinks you’re an idiot?

Thinking this way is what leads most people to feel that death is a better alternative than public speaking – but it’s all in your imagination. Just like anything else you’ve ever learned to do, you can overcome your awkwardness by understanding the mechanics and practicing.

The audience is on your side

Have you ever hoped a speaker would stink? Be boring? Fail miserably? Of course not! You want to be entertained and informed just like the rest of the audience. You want to see the speaker be successful. Even if the speaker is a complete stranger, you are rooting for him and you truly hope he will do well.

Think about it. It’s why we watch game shows – we love to see people win! We want to see people succeed. It’s simply human nature.

Your audience is rooting for you! Every person in the room is hoping for your success. Remember this at all times: The audience is on entirely on your side.

Prepare for both the best and worst

One thing I’ve learned as a coach is that people spend so much time preparing for the worst things that can happen (and never do) that they forget to plan for when the best things happen! Do you even know how to handle success?

Focus on your upcoming speech from the perspective that you are planning for a really good experience. Then, and only then, ensure you have the bases covered for what may happen along the way. Know your speech well enough that if the projector doesn’t work, you don’t need your PowerPoint. Have your opening and closing memorized so that if you need to crop your time, you can. Bring an extra pair of pantyhose. Bring an extra tie. Do a sound check before the event so you know that it works and where the dead spots are. Having a plan for the things that could go wrong will allay a lot of your fears.

Throughout my professional speaking career, I have had sound systems crash, the lights go out mid-speech, stage stairs collapse, fire alarms go off, venues change, I’ve even been asked to chop my time in half minutes before going on. The odds are in your favor, though. These things have happened to me over the course of 15 years. Still, I have never been booed off the stage. The audiences were still on my side.

Prepare for the best possible outcome, but also be prepared to cope with any of the things that could happen, with the assurance that they probably won’t. Every ship has lifeboats, but no ship plans on sinking. Plan for smooth sailing, be prepared for rough waters if you hit them.

Practice, practice, practice

Remember the first time you tried to tie your shoes? Roller skate? Drive a car? Read? It wasn’t easy. It took practice. Now it’s second nature. Speaking is the same way. The more you practice, the easier it will get.

After you’ve written your speech, practice in the mirror. Then, practice for a family member – even if it’s your dog. (My dog is my best sounding board.) Practice for some friends. Practice in your car, in the shower, while you take a walk. Practice in your head. See yourself being calm, cool, and dynamic.

Join a Toastmasters club. This is a wonderful organization that allows you to grow at your own pace in a supportive environment. You can practice your speech and get immediate feedback. It’s both inexpensive and invaluable to a fledgling speaker.

You’ve got this

The day of your presentation, you will have hours of practice and preparation under your belt. It was all worth it. You feel ready.

Get to the venue early. Scope out the room. Walk across the stage, if there is one. Do a microphone and equipment check. Familiarize yourself with the speaking area. Look out to where your audience will be and visualize them smiling back at you.

A few minutes before you are scheduled to speak, head to the nearest bathroom. Look in the mirror. Look yourself in the eye. Tell yourself that you are intelligent and worthy. You’ve rehearsed. You’re ready. Set your intention to deliver a dynamic speech. Do one last broccoli-in-your-teeth and hair check.

Just before you take the stage or the lectern, take a deep breath. Release it slowly. Shake hands with the person who introduced you. Let them leave. Then, take a look around and smile at your audience. They’re on your side. You’ve got this.

When First Learning How to Give a Massage

When learning how to give a massage, the first massage techniques you will probably learn are those from Swedish massage. It is the most commonly practiced technique among therapists. Although there is some question as to just who created the massage techniques used in Swedish massage, the modern version started in the early 1800s in Sweden.

Most often Per Henrik Ling, who was a fencing master and instructor of gymnastics and movement, is credited with devising the system that was then known as the Swedish Movement Treatment. The original system included more than just massage. It included aspects of the ancient Greek and Romans with drinking mineral water and taking mineral baths while also following certain exercise programs. Today it is considered by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) to be the standard against which all massage therapies are measured.

Unlike the massage techniques we have today from Asia, this massage therapy style focuses on long strokes applied firmly. This helps to move the blood and other bodily fluids around and relaxes the muscles. It is believed it can help flush out the toxins from your body as well. Perhaps this is why an Australian study found that massage can help speed healing.

In the Swedish massage style, you will find the massage techniques of effleurage, kneading and friction are mostly used. The effleurage technique is done with the fingers and the flat hand in long, gliding strokes mostly in the direction of the heart. These strokes get the circulation moving increasing blood flow to the muscles which brings in good nutrients and oxygen and removes toxins, bacteria, and other wastes. The motion can also stretch adhesions which are fibrous matter that binds one muscle to another, usually caused by injury. This is why this style will be used a lot in sports massage as well.

Friction is carried out by bracing upon the heels of your hands and then moving the fingers and thumbs in circles. It is for the really tough areas like knots or spasms. The kneading technique is easier to visualize if you have ever kneaded bread. The basics are the same with squeezing and rolling the muscles and normally used applied to the large muscles of the back.

If performing massage upon a clothed person, it should be apparent you will not use oils. Consideration must also be taken as to the activities which will be done following the massage. Since oils feel greasy and also hinder the skin’s cooling mechanisms, anyone getting ready to be very active (long distance runner or other sports enthusiast) should not have a massage with oil.

When first learning how to give a massage, it’s probably easiest to start with a cold pressed vegetable or nut oil. These are easily found these days at your local organic food store. Indeed you may even find some at your local grocery store. Getting one with a pleasant aroma will make the experience better for you and whoever is receiving the massage…which could be you as well. So as you continue to learn how to give a massage, remember you can also be the recipient of all your learn.

When It’s Time for a Senior to Give Up Driving

An Auto Insurance Special Topic

Anyone will find it very hard to implement change.

Though sticking through a diet plan, an exercise regimen or educational program, successfully doing so results in positive changes a person feels good about. When it comes to an older driver having to give up driving, the loss of associated independence is painful – and very much so.

Nonetheless, telling a senior to stop driving may be a necessary evil at some point or other.

Once an older driver begins to show a decline in physical or mental abilities that include poor eyesight, loss of hearing, slower reflexes, arthritis, diabetes – and certainly Parkinson’s Disease, and dementia – he or she is prone to become a danger on the road. Moreover, dependence on certain medications, like anti-anxiety medicine, narcotics and sleeping pills make for a sure-risk to the driver, other drivers and passengers as well as pedestrians.

To underscore the safety concerns of the older driver, insurance sources say auto crash fatalities increase with those over the age of 70.

Take a look at some of the warning signs that may indicate it’s no longer a good idea to be the navigator behind the wheel of a car:

• Tendency to become distracted

• slow to react

• difficulty staying within lines of the lane

• difficulty switching to proper traffic lane

• hitting curbs

• scratching or denting the car or banging into the garage or curbside mailbox

• Side sweeping other vehicles

• Driving excessively fast or slow

• Not stopping on a red light or by a stop sign

• Stopping at a green light or when there is not a stop sign

• Tendency to get lost

Because it is such a touchy subject and a change that will have such an impact on your loved one’s life, telling a senior driver to give up driving is something to plan for before discussing it.

Prepare a list of things you or others have observed that are telltale signs it’s time to leave the driving to others.

Arrange for alternate ways of transportation that your loved one can rely on after he or she no longer drives: relatives, friends, volunteers from a senior facility, public bus or train services, car services and so on.

Think of ways your senior can fill the gap in life that he or she will feel once the keys are not at disposal.

Above all, keep sensitivity in mind at all times. Be kind and compassionate while showing your loved one you support and respect him or her and understand how hard a life-change of such proportion can be.

Christmas Gift Ideas – Give Joy in a Simple Idea

What is a simple small act of giving during Christmas that does not cost much can leave behind memories that can last a lifetime to a loved one.

I remembered many years back, when I was a small kid of 10 years, one of my aunt who was a devout Christian and who celebrated Christmas gave me a Christmas present. It was a big sized book that I could read, on the story of a pirate on the high seas. It gave tremendous joy to me, a small kid at that time. It wouldn’t have cost her more than $10 for it, but her act that day gave me tremendous joy that lasted until this day – a simple act of giving that touched my heart, and which remains cherished. Though this aunt is now living in another foreign land, thousands of miles apart, and there has not been any communication between us for over twenty over years, yet there is this unwavering bond of love that somewhere in this world, there is someone who cared many, many years back, and whom I would desire to want to look her up and visit if there is an opportunity. Indeed, time and distance has not diminished the very memories of her beautiful act of giving that day.

I used to wonder why it is said that it is more blessed to give than to receive. I always felt that receiving something from someone else and keeping it in my pockets was more blessed than to give away.

But then when I think of this little piece of history and personal experience, and recalled the tremendous amount of joy in my heart when I received that story book as a gift, I could remember how my aunt’s face also lit up, and glowed, and she seemed to be to be almost like the wonderful fairy who takes care of everyone on earth, and I am sure she felt blessed, and happy.

Indeed, it is when we give away from ourselves and give to others, such as our loved ones and those in need that we can be blessed in return. A gift is a gift..because we give without expectation of anything in return, but the laws of nature and of this universe dictate that when we give out of love, this love is translated into an energy that cannot be explained, and which will touch lives, and change perceptions, and make the world a better place to live in.

So this Christmas season, pause and think of how we can sow love and give gifts and presents of love to others. Our gifts may not be expensive, but yet they can touch a life when we give off our hearts, and away from ourselves and when we give out of goodwill and love.

Indeed, it is more blessed to give than to receive.

Should I Give My Interviews Away For Free Or Should I Sell Them?

My motto which I have found to be very effective is to just give the information away for free.

If you go to my web site you’ll see over 150 hours of audio interviews on business experts, marketing experts and copy writing experts, for FREE.

Many times people say that I’m crazy. They ask “why are you giving this information away for free?”

In the internet world and the advertising world you’re fighting for mind share.

Giving information away for free works. People like free stuff, as long as it’s good quality free stuff and there is value in it.

My strategy is to build credibility by giving first.

If I can give away a very high-end quality interview, that provides answers to my listeners on a subject, I have positioned myself number one as an interview expert, who’s honest and providing value, where others in my field, may be charging thousands of dollars for the same information.

I’m giving it away for free and I have a chance to be listened to and to build a relationship with the listener.

So, by giving it away for free, you get all those benefits. Once you have a relationship with your listeners, you have an opportunity to sell them something. But the trust must come first.

Remember, you are fighting for time with your prospect. And if you are competing with a competitor that is charging for the same or lesser quality information and you are offering it for free, you will win every time.

Try it. It works.

Are You Able To Give Up Cheese?

Some of you reading this will be vegan, some will be vegetarian and some will be flexitarian. If you are vegan, then this won’t apply but if you’re vegetarian or flexitarian then here’s a challenge –

Will you to consider giving up cheese, or at least, cutting back on the amount you are currently eating?

So let’s see if there is something below that will start you thinking or lead to more research and education.

1. The dairy industry is, sadly, one of the biggest polluters of the environment… that and cattle.

As the need for dairy products increases worldwide, the number of cows being milked also has to go up. Currently there are 264 million dairy cows, producing nearly 600 million tonnes of milk every year. This is a staggering amount as you can add on the beef cattle which is around 971.482 million. That’s an awful lot of bovine that have to be fed and watered.

So, not only is there a drain on the water, destruction of rain forests for feed for these animals, but there is also the waste and the amount of methane that each cow produces… daily!

Unfortunately water can be contaminated due to leakages of nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorus either directly into the stream/river or through the water table which then can pollute waterways further down the line making them very toxic.

Even when farmers are careful and are environmentally conscious, the sheer number of dairy cows just makes it all too much of a losing battle.

2. Then there is the actual method of getting a cow to give her milk. This comes under the cruelty label as the calves anywhere from just born to 3 or 4 days old are taken away from their mothers. It is heart-wrenching to hear the plaintive cries of both mother and baby. The male calves are killed as they are of little use to the farmer and the females are kept to replenish the herd. A cow is kept pregnant and lactating constantly until around 5 years by which time they are so spent they are just sent off to slaughter.

3. On a different note – cheese is as addictive as sugar. Yes, it’s been scientifically proven. So if you think you really can’t go without cheese, now you know why. Also, unless your ancestors are from Europe where a genetic mutation spread that gave people the ability to produce lactase and drink milk (only about 35% of humans have this gene), then dairy is NOT good for your health no matter what the dairy industry spin doctors tell you.

So how do you give up cheese? Start slowly.

Make a list of the cheeses you really love – e.g. Edam, Brie, Feta then pick one, e.g. Feta, and go online and search for “make Vegan Feta cheese” – you must use the word vegan.

You will get a number of recipes back… some are made from tofu, others from nuts… check them out. You may have to make a couple of different ones to find one that really appeals to your palate.

Once you’ve got used to the plant based Feta – go try another one.
