Could Stress Be Distressing Your Relationships?

So many people I encounter are under the direct burden of stress.

Levels of general anxiety in the population today are as high as at any other time in the history of the world. And yet, as you read this you might be like much of the world, living in comparative luxury compared to others who cannot read this, and there are those historically who have faced much harder realities than we do today, yet possibly experienced less general anxiety.

These below are just four items on what would be a long list:

The Infection of Information

We are infected in this day with a plethora of information that has the impact of burdening us more than we are able to cope with. Information is killing us. And it isn’t even as if it’s a case of discerning what information is good from what isn’t good, it is just the flood of information that creates stress and manifests as anxiety.

Don’t just think about the ills of comparison through excess time spent on social media (though envy is a stressor). The problem is much more complex than that. It’s literally keeping up with the flow of information coming in that has an effect on our relationships with real people. Information as a priority, unfortunately, tends to trump people. The more tools and techniques we use to try and simplify our lives in this day the more our lives become complicated.

It’s because we have so much that we want so much.

There is a new addiction in our age, and it’s called the Fear of Missing out. And it isn’t just young people who are addicted; indeed, it is an irony that it is the over 40s who are most entrenched with Facebook these days.

But it’s not just the infection of information that burdens us with stress that overwhelms our capacity to relate with people.

Honesty with Ourselves and with God

This is a stressor that many people cannot stomach let alone reconcile. Even some espoused Christian individuals, particularly those who major on doctrines (information, again, over people!), cannot have an honest relationship with themselves or God, because they lack the courage of vulnerability to be truthful with themselves. They may bend out of context Jesus’ words, ‘the truth will set you free’ all the while refusing the Holy Spirit’s power that would heal them of their pride by giving them a continual awareness of it.

God blesses the obedient; those who will honestly journey with Him; those who have the capacity to fervently repent of their wrongful attitudes, for we all have them. I have found that the way God works with me is, my pride that refuses to be honest becomes a curse against the peace I could otherwise have in my heart.

If we cannot be honest with ourselves and with God, we will be severely limited in our relationships, and because we are not being honest about getting the log out of our own eye, it’s only a matter of time before some relationships shatter through conflict. Some relationships suffer such damage they become irreparable.

When we are honest with ourselves and with God, we see our pride, and how we are tempted to elevate the issues we argue about over the person, and completely miss the will of God.

When we’re honest with ourselves and God, God gives us the capacity to repent of our pride.

Being Aware of Emotional Indicators

Stress has an impact on us at a psychological level affecting the way we think and feel. Like all of what I talk about in this article, awareness is the key. As we recognise the feeling of stress and anxiety within us, we can choose to talk calmly to ourselves, to allow God to comfort us, even as we hope beyond the stressful present moment – ‘This, too, shall pass’.

This kind of stress is manifest in a particularly strong way when we are interacting with people, especially when we cannot control the situation, because we all like a modicum of control. And when we are stressed, more than ever, we demand control. If we hear God saying to us, ‘it’s okay, surrender your need of control to Me’ we can simply do something active in the interaction itself to surrender control. None of this is rocket science.

Getting the Balance Right between Activity and Being

Possibly the final frontier in reconciling stress is how far we skew the balance in our lives regarding activity versus being.

There is just so much to do in life. We often accept that without challenging it. Nobody is making us do this or that.

Many things that we choose to do we don’t have to do.

Very often the wisdom path is in saying no, which in the moment of saying it feels awkward and uncomfortable, but is the best remedy for busyness.

As we fight for the peace we could have in life we reduce our burden and deal with our stress.

Not enough being evokes anxiety; too much doing is stressful.

What You Didn’t Know About Skin Cancer Could Kill You

We must understand that if we were meant to spend the greater part of our lives underground and hidden from the outdoors, only appearing socially at night, then nature would have arranged for us to be born rodents and not humans.

Fluorescent lighting may save some money, but it takes a bigger toll on your health. The UV emissions from ceiling fixtures have been linked to a higher risk of melanoma skin cancer by the American Journal of Epidemiology.

Researcher Dr. Helen Shaw and her team conducted a melanoma study at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and at the Sydney Melanoma Clinic in Sydney Hospital. They found that office workers had twice the incidence of the deadly cancer as people who worked outdoors. The results of the study were published in 1982 by the British medical journal Lancet. Dr. Shaw proved that those who spent most of their time exposed to natural sunlight had by far the lowest risk of developing skin cancer. In sharp contrast to those living or working outdoors, office workers, who were exposed to artificial light during most of their working hours had the highest risk of developing melanomas. She also discovered that fluorescent lights cause mutations in cultures of animal cells.

Dr. Shaw’s research led to the conclusion that both in Australia and Great Britain, melanoma rates were high among professional and office workers and low in people working outdoors. In other words, the Australians and British (and the rest of us) would be better off spending more time outside where there is plenty of UV light! Similar controlled studies were conducted at the New York University School of Medicine, which confirmed and substantiated Dr. Shaw’s research results.

Fluorescent lighting has also been known to cause headaches, eye problems such as night blindness, fatigue, concentration difficulties and irritability. It has also been observed that an increase in the brightness of fluorescent light leads to higher stress levels by raising cortisol hormone levels.

In a study conducted on US Navy personnel between 1974 and 1984, researchers found a higher incidence of skin cancers among sailors who had indoor jobs than those working outside. Those working both indoors and outdoors showed the most protection, with a rate 24 percent below the U.S. national average. Since none of the sailors spend their entire day outside, it could not be determined whether being outside all day would offer the highest degree of protection.

It is interesting to note that some of the hottest places in the U.S., such as Phoenix, Arizona, have the highest rates of skin cancers, but not because they expose their skin to the sun. Researchers are readily tempted to relate the alarming skin cancer rates to the sun and the fact that these areas are some of the hottest and sunniest in the country. But to hastily make that link without careful observation, without exhausting all possible parameters is foolish and irrational.

The extreme heat throughout much of the year keeps most people indoors during the day. As a result, although there is plenty of sunlight, people avoid it and develop health problems including cancers from underexposure rather than the other way round. There are now hundreds of scientific studies to show that vitamin D deficiency is one of the leading causes of cancer, including malignant melanomas.

However, don’t expect to hear about these studies from those who make a living of selling you sunscreens and treating cancers. It’s a trillion dollar business that’s too big to fail.

Could a Slip and Fall Accident Lead to a Lawsuit?

A slip and fall accident in the United States of America can turn into a personal injury case if in the situation, a hazard or danger of some sort was present on the property and was neglected by the property owner; and as a result, this hazard caused harm to another person by causing them to lose balance and hit the ground. This type of dangerous situation can result in serious injuries, and sometimes, not right away. After such an accident, many people get right back up and go on with their day, only to notice weeks later that they are having severe back pains or other injury related issues.

Tort Law

A slip and fall lawsuit is categorized under Tort Law, meaning the injury was caused by someone else’s negligence, or someone else is going to be held accountable for your injuries. If a property owner knows about a potential danger lurking on their premises, or a hazard of some sort, they are obligated by law to take responsibility for the danger immediately. If the hazard is never tended to, and it subsequently causes another person harm or loss, then the owner can face legal damages.

Losing balance and hitting the ground can cause a number of injuries to a person, ranging from minor to major. Some minor injuries include sprained ankles, broken toes, lesions and bruising, scrapes, burns, and scratches. Some major conditions are broken backs, hips, or necks, shattered pelvis, knocked unconscious, and worse. Things to look out for so that you may avoid this potential type of case are uneven and uneven floors, dimly lit areas, slick surfaces, and weather conditions. These can all contribute to an injury from tripping and falling to the ground.

Hire a Professional for Guidance

If you are ever involved, or have recently been involved in a slip and fall accident, it is recommended to hire a personal injury attorney to represent your rights. A victim can recover damages for lost wages, medical bills, legal fees, emotional distress, and more. The law is tricky and hard to understand unless you are trained in the industry.

An experienced personal injury attorney can help with any type of case in your city. To further understand your rights as a victim of injury, you want to consult with a knowledgeable attorney that can speak to you in a language you can understand. Don’t let a serious accident stop you from collecting what’s rightfully yours! Get compensation for pain, suffering, lost wages, and more with the help of a licensed professional.

Could Your Patio Benefit From Extra Screens?

Millions of Australians enjoy their patio. It’s the perfect outdoor living space. You can hide from the sun in the hot weather but still spend time outdoors. In spring and early autumn, a patio provides shelter from the rain and if your patio roof is well insulated, it will feel nice and warm.

Many Aussie patios are open to the elements. In the Australian climate, this is no bad thing. Having a patio that is open on three sides allows air to circulate, which cools things down on a hot day. It also lets you chill out while still keeping an eye on kids and pets larking around in the backyard.

In some instances, however, screens can prove to be beneficial. Let’s take a look at some of the reasons why you should add screens to your patio or carport.

Privacy

The main reason why people fit screens to their patios is that they want some privacy when they spend time outdoors. This is understandable. Today’s urban areas are very overpopulated and modern homes are constructed on ever smaller plots. No matter how friendly our neighbours are, we don’t want to live in a goldfish bowl.

Colorbond or aluminium screening will give you extra privacy when you spend time outside. You can read a book in peace, away from prying eyes.

Security

Screens provide extra security, which is especially useful if you have a carport. The addition of screens and a gate will prevent unwanted visitors entering your patio area or carport and making off with a gas BBQ, tools, or even your car. If security is an issue, invest in steel screens, as these are strong and resilient. Don’t forget to add a lockable gate, too.

While keeping people out is one good reason to fit screens, don’t underestimate the value of keeping kids and pets inside! Screens will protect young children if you want to keep them confined to a small area. The same applies to pets.

Decoration

Decorative screens are a nice touch for a patio area. Lattice screens let light through and allow the air to circulate, whilst offering a degree of privacy. They look especially attractive when used as a backdrop for climbing plants and flowers. Fit decorative screens along one side or two. Either way, it will be a good investment.

Extra Protection from the Weather

Do you live in a coastal location? Are strong winds a problem? Or is your patio in full sun most of the day? Screens offer extra protection from the weather. Say, for example, the wind usually blows from the west. A screen on this side of your patio will make sitting outdoors on a windy day far more appealing. It will also prevent dust and debris from blowing all over your patio. Use a screen to block out the wind and protect your outdoor kitchen on a blustery day. It’s no fun cooking in a strong wind, especially if you live near the beach!

How SMS Marketing Could Benefit Your Business

The use of SMS marketing in B2C is becoming a popular way to advertise to consumers through their mobile phones. Businesses normally approach mobile phone providers to send off content using SMS (short message service) messages to mobiles. SMS texts can be received by all mobiles making SMS marketing extremely invasive but also effective. The key from a B2B perspective is to find the right balance and use this marketing channel in the right circumstances.

SMS marketing can also be sent through platforms capable of SMS broadcasting such as vMail. The areas where SMS can be of use vary greatly between industries. Mobile phone providers themselves use this method to encourage subscribers to upgrade their service and to let them know about seasonal promotions. People can also subscribe to SMS advertisements and promotions through their phone to receive SMS alerts whenever something new is posted from for example an online retailer.

The automation of parts of the sales cycle is one area where SMS marketing can help out at a B2B level. By allowing users to sign up for newsletters, competitions or updates through their phone, a business can reach audiences that might not engage through traditional marketing channels. By building a list of phone numbers, a company can begin to do promotions or update their target market on new items relevant to their audience. They can send out a mass text message to all the customers that have signed up on a certain date and are due for renewal of their contract.

SMS marketing can unlike billboards, television advertisements and magazine advertisements reach anyone wherever they are. Most people have their phones on them at all hours of the day and will check their phones if they receive an SMS message alert. This allows for a very quick response on campaigns. For example, Walls ice-cream teamed up with o2 very recently using SMS marketing combined with thermal mapping. Walls were able to send SMS messages to people that were in areas of a certain temperature.

One of the key components of an SMS campaign is that the person who is targeted must be able to opt out of the advertising or opt out of their subscription to the advertising. Usually this is done by sending a stop message the SMS. This stop code allows people to stop receiving these advertisements should they no longer want the product and it is a requirement for creating a SMS marketing campaign.

Many phone providers and SMS companies will allow small businesses to buy runs of SMS advertising. This is where a company can pay for just a short code or small run of advertising. SMS marketing can then be tailored for just about any budget and also targeted to phones based on local registration and local telephone service providers.

SMS marketing is a great tool that can be used to help businesses grow and extend the reach to alternative target markets, no matter where they are.

Believe It Or Not, But Letting Your Ex Go, Could Get Your Ex Back – Find Out How And Why!

Even though your heart is breaking and your mind is screaming at you to make contact with your ex, don’t do it. Your ex decided to end the relationship for reasons of his/her own. You need to respect this. You cannot force someone to feel about you the way you want him/her to. Even so, there are things that you can do that will raise your chances to get your ex back.

It could be that you and your ex became an item too soon. Maybe you didn’t take enough time to get to know each other properly first. If your ex feels that he/she does not know enough about you, then it is up to you to let your ex see just what a great person you really are.

Start off by showing your ex how mature you are. Send him/her a message saying that the relationship was great while it lasted, and that you really hope that he/she finds the person he/she is looking for. This will stun your ex! Instead of you being all bitter and twisted about the break up, you are wishing him/her well for the future. This is a great point in your favor – it will count for a lot when you try to get your ex back.

Now what you do is, just carry on with your life as you normally would. Get back into your hobby, spend some quality time with your family, and above all, have plenty of fun with your friends. Remember too, just to be yourself. Your aim is to let your ex know exactly what type of person you are, to help your ex to decide whether there is a future with you or not.

Everything about you will get back to your ex – the way you dress, the way you behave, and just what type of person you are generally. As long as everything your ex hears about you is positive, your chance to get your ex back will get better and better.

There is absolutely no pressure on you to try to be someone that you are not. You must give your ex an honest picture of yourself, so that your ex will have the opportunity to decide whether you are the person he/she really wants. Remember, you cannot get your ex back by force – just be yourself, and your chances are good that you could get back together again.

Concorde Crash Conspiracy – It Could Have Been Prevented

In studying the Concorde crash the investigators determined it was caused by debris on the runway, which had fallen off a Continental Airlines Aircraft, which went down the same runway prior to the Concorde. Some thought the crash was an International Terrorist Attack. Had the debris, which had fallen off been known it could have been picked up prior to the Concorde’s take off roll.

In fact debris on run ways is common, I have seen stuff on runways myself during takeoff rolls, usually it is something minor and in a light aircraft you are not going very fast so a slight bit of steering for someone on the ball and the problem is solved. The Concorde however takes off at 180 knots or at least that day it tried. It hit the debris and it popped a tire and that tire shredded and sent pieces into the bottom of the wing and fuel tank along with a little of the debris. The aircraft on fire took off and then immediately crashed.

A young man, only twelve years old has come up with a little gadget, which will prevent this from ever happening again. It is a small real-time video camera, which runs along the runway on a track and videos the aircraft as it lands or takes off. It can also be sent solo to inspect the runway from afar, such as a room in the control tower or ground control workstation. The British Airport Authority (BAA) is interested in possibly developing this concept. Interesting as a 12-year old came up with it. Incidentally today NASA announced a spherical device to fly around the ISS-International Space Station to check for damage from space debris. Had this been available it could have inspected the Space Shuttle prior to its return and prevented the accident by way of video preflight.

The young man’s device is said to be able to spot even a single nut on the runway, which could be picked up by a tire or sucked into a jet engine. This is an awesome idea and I would hope the US Military would put them on the catapults so when it returns it video tapes the deck. The young man developed the concept in the “Young Engineers for Britain” contest. This shows why it is important to get ideas from everywhere and how contests spur on innovation. In the United States we have constant robotic contests and we all know about Robot Wars. The young man wants is counting on becoming a mechanical engineer if he ever grows up and I think he will make a damn good one.

Tiny Town Could Be Ground Zero For Clean Energy

California’s San Joaquin Valley is courting the renewable energy industry with all the finesse of hillbilly Lil Abner trying to entice a partner at an upscale waltz.

He’s got the chops, but those combat boots.

Firebaugh may prove to be the Valley’s Love Potion No. 9. The tiny west-side community of 7,000 hasn’t let its rural character and farm field sentiments get in its way as it seeks to attract its share of perhaps the biggest potential energy development prize of the coming decade.

So far, it’s got two sectors — solar and biofuel — in the wings and is pursuing sustainability and a regional clean energy leadership with vigor and, more importantly, real finesse.

Littleton, Colo.-based SolarGenUSA has leased a 52-acre parcel from the city for a 5 megawatt solar installation. The company’s web site says the project has been permitted.

In addition, there’s talk of a Seattle-based company looking to contract for 40,000 to 60,000 acres so it can plant an obscure but desert-loving plant that’s part of the mustard family. The crop, camelina, may be emerging as a front-runner in the effort to develop a viable source of biofuel, writes Harry Cline of Western Farm Press.

This and enterprise on the part of its leaders makes Firebaugh potential ground zero for clean energy.

And the drive for clean energy is on its way. Make no mistake. While it appears to be taking its time, the push for more diverse sources of energy — that don’t add to carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere — has begun. And the San Joaquin Valley is attracting attention from solar, wind, biofuel and even geothermal.

Conventional wisdom would argue that those who establish successful operations at the outset of a trend have a strong chance of reaping profit. Kings County to the south also is flexing its sun-soaking muscles with nine solar projects on the books. And the towns of Tulare and Madera also jumped into the mix with solar arrays of their own.

Jobs in clean energy are expected. Their impact is outlined in multiple reports. Scarce now, they could break loose over the next couple of years as initial developers prove project viability. A new report offers a relatively rosy outlook, giving opponents of clean energy the argument that fossil fuels won’t be considered “cheap” much longer.

“Costs of clean energy will rapidly decline because renewable energy standards, public investments, and environmental incentives will all spur new production,” wrote authors Richard W. Caperton and Adam Hersh of the progressive Washington, D.C.-based think tank Center for American Progress.

Caperton is senior policy analyst on the center’s energy opportunity team and Hersh is an economist on the center’s economic policy team. They say in the report “Putting America Back to Work with Clean Energy” that the “crossover point” at which the two types of energy — fossil and clean — reach cost parity will be different depending on location and type, “but it is coming quickly.”

Caperton and Hersh say investing in green energy will immediately create jobs, lower unemployment and improve the nation’s energy system. Opponents argue that approach is simplistic and provide data that shows how costly clean energy can be.

That may be. However, other costs, including foreign policy and climate-related issues, if factored in, could create an altogether different cost-effectiveness ratio.

Separate from that is California’s policy requiring utilities to get a third of their power from renewable sources by 2020. That also will drive development.

And there’s the federal SunShot Initiative, announced on Feb. 4 by Energy Secretary Steven Chu. The initiative’s goal is to reduce the cost of installed solar to about 6 cents per installed kilowatt, about a third of today’s price.

The result? DOE says without subsidies this 6-cent statistic “will result in rapid, large-scale adoption of solar electricity across the United States.”

Firebaugh intends to be first to the finish line. The city has in its corner City Manager Jose Ramirez, who said sustainability for the farming community is his goal. He has been working with me for the past year and a half to implement an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant that will pay for about $40,000 in LED street light retrofits.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act federal stimulus allocation is just an element of Ramirez’s multi-pronged strategy to lower the greenhouse gas footprint of his community and improve its quality of life. Firebaugh also is working with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through its Sustainable Communities Initiative. The goal of the program is to provide equitable development, planning and development approaches for achieving shared prosperity.

Sustainability can be measured many ways. In terms of energy, the city’s moving forward quickly, urging on the solar project and energy efficiency measures. But Ramirez explained that Firebaugh’s got greater ambitions. The city’s launched an effort to better connect with the free-flowing San Joaquin River. The community began as a ferry crossing when most traffic into the Valley traveled via a much more robust waterway.

Firebaugh also has a significant community garden and is engaged in other projects.

Many other regions of the country are also trying to corner a niche in the clean energy era, if indeed it develops into one.

I’d personally prefer it were sooner than later, just to prove to my wife that it can happen. This comment fits with the Lil Abner reference. I identified with him growing up in rural Alaska. My wife was a princess in my estimation as her father was head of Alaska oil exploration for Arco at the time. She was and still is gorgeous and knows how to act in social situations, whereas I was raised by wolves.

Still, when Lil Abner had a feeling, he was usually right.

Keno Games – Catch Enough Spots and You Could Win Big? A L-O-N-G Shot! Go for the Smaller Wins

Live Game – The Original Casino Version

The game is played by selecting a desired quantity of numbers from a field of 1 to 80 on a bet ticket. A total of 20 numbers are drawn for each game and the win is determined by how many of your picks (spots) are selected (caught). There’s also a “quick pick” wager available in the facilities that use a computer to draw the numbers. Just mark the quick pick spot on the ticket and the computer selects the game numbers for you.

Some casinos use 80 numbered balls in a glass “fishbowl” where air pressure ejects 20 balls one at a time.

Winning payouts can vary from $3.00 for a one spot selection up to $50,000 for a catch of 15 on a 15 spot ticket for a $1.00 game. Multi-game play allows you to play the same numbers up to 999 games. New games run every five minutes. Types of wager selections and payout amounts may vary between jurisdictions.

The odds for catching 1 spot on a 1 spot ticket are about 1 in 4. In contrast, the odds for a 15 spot catch on a 15 spot ticket are 1 in 428 billion! So what’s the secret to winning big? There is none. You’re better off playing fewer spots to avoid humongous odds, like a 3 spot ticket where the payout is $42 for a $1 bet and $210 for a $5 bet.The odds are about 1 in 70 for this wager.

Specialty games are also available for play such as the Way Ticket. This ticket allows you to combine sets of numbers to create more ways to win on one ticket. For example, the birth dates for you and your family could be one five spot game. You could play your anniversary date and year for a three spot game. Check with the writer in the lounge for your options.

Video Version – Faster Play with Lower Payouts

International Game Technology (IGT) has developed and marketed a video version which can be found on their Game King Machines and some Video Poker Machines. All games have bonus features. Three popular ones are Power Keno, Caveman Keno, and Cleopatra Keno. Most games offer $.25, $.50, and $1.00 denominations. Here are the particulars:

Power Keno – Play up to 8 coins (credits) per game. Select up to 10 spots from the field of 80. You may also select a “quick pick”. If the last number drawn is one of your selections, your win, is multiplied by 4. For example, If you were playing a 1 credit 5 spot game and the last number drawn was one of yours, your 100 credit win would be jump to 400 credits.

Cave Man Keno – Play up to 10 credits per game. Select up to 10 spots. It’s like a cartoon with graphics from the Flintstone era. The drawn numbers spew virtual smoke from a volcano. During play, three dinosaur eggs will appear randomly on the drawn numbers. If two eggs land on your picks, your win is multiplied by 4. Three eggs win 8 times the prize.

Cleopatra Keno – Play up to 8 credits, Select up to 10 spots. If the last number drawn is one of your selections, it triggers 12 free games at 2 times the payout for winning combinations.

Downside

Be aware that video games that offer bonus features pay lesser amounts for wins than the live games. For example, a 5 of 5 catch on a $1.00 Cleopatra video game pays $225, where the same 5 spot catch in the live lounge nets you $800. Also, the pace of play on the video games is much faster. You can run through 15 games in about 15 minutes. By contrast, the live lounge calls about 15 games per hour!

Weather in the lounge or on the machines, it is fun to play and offers low betting limits but the house edge is a huge 25 to 29%! Good Luck!

Bad Credit Consolidation Loans Could Be the Answer For You

Are you searching for a bad credit consolidation loan? Are you tossing and turning at night because of your mounting bills? Are bill collectors calling you at home and at your workplace? Are you concerned that you may not be able to pay off what you owe to your different creditors? Are your financial difficulties taking over your life and straining your relationships with those you love?

It’s an awful feeling to be overwhelmed with debt. And to make it worse, now you have a bad credit rating because you’ve fallen behind in payments! You’re probably feeling as if there is no way out.

But there is hope. Even if you made poor choices in the past, it’s time to turn over a new leaf, solve your financial problems and get on with the rest of your life. It’s time for you to consider a bad credit consolidation loan that can help to pay off your debts, lower your interest rate and monthly payment, and set you on the road to financial recovery.

With a bad credit consolidation loan, you will work with a lender who helps borrowers like you. The lender will take your application, look at your income and debt load, and give you advice on what he can do to help. A bad credit consolidation loan can take the existing bills that you are falling behind in – credit cards, store charge cards, gasoline cards, and even auto loans and medical bills – and put them together into one loan. It can give you relief from nagging creditors, make your bill-paying simpler by just making one payment monthly, improve your FICO score, and pave the road to a debt-free future for you.

When you have bad credit it is not easy to imagine yourself debt-free. But it is possible! And you’ll soon be able to begin planning for your future again. When was the last time you felt like doing that? Wouldn’t it be great to be able to set goals, revise your budget, save some money, and turn the ringer back on the phone again?

The good news is that there are many lenders who focus on extending loans to those with “bad” credit. They’ve had success in dealing with people that are being given a second (or third) chance at financial recovery. Most borrowers with imperfect credit want to pay off their debts as soon as possible. Given the right opportunity, most borrowers who qualify for a bad credit consolidation loan make their payments on time, get out of debt, improve their credit scores and eventually qualify for lower interest rates.

Look for lenders who specialize in loans to those with imperfect credit. You’ll find that they will be more than willing to help you restructure or consolidate your debt so that you will have a lower monthly payment and lower interest rate. Loan agents have been trained in methods that will help you to improve your credit score, and they will suggest consolidation loans that will leave you with affordable monthly payments on your way to a future free of overwhelming debt.
